Sunday Services @ 9:15am & 10:45am
Everyone who is a Christian is a member of THE Church of Jesus Christ. But it is also good to become a member of a local congregation. Having your name on a Church’s roll does not improve your standing before God, but most likely it will impact your Christian walk. As a member you will feel more at home at Pinedale. You will be motivated to get involved in serving others. And you will experience the encouragement of a Church Family who will stand beside you through life’s trials.
So how do you become a member of Pinedale?
This step is not mandatory, but it is preferable. By alerting a Minister of your interest, you can get your questions answered. This will also make your formal introduction to the congregation more personal. Click here to contact a minister.
An opportunity is extended during each worship service to walk forward and become a member of Pinedale. Although it might make you nervous, standing in front of our congregation allows us to introduce you. It also affords you the opportunity to publicly confess: “I believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the living God; and He’s my Savior and my Lord.”
If you have never been immersed in baptism as a Believer, you will get that opportunity after talking with one of our Ministers or Decision Counselors. Since Christ commanded us to be baptized (Matthew 28:18-20; Mark 16:15-16), baptism is a requirement for membership at Pinedale.
